Architectural large coffee table with an organically shaped base in rosewood veneer and metal from the 1960s. A very impressive sight when walking into a room and laying your eyes upon this architectural coffee table. Well-constructed and neatly finished is the best way to describe this appealing piece. The rather thick top with faceted edges is finished in beautiful rosewood veneer showing a beautiful flame. It rests on top of an organically shaped base. This base is subtly lifted in the middle creating tension between the floor and the table. A kind of arc if you will with strong edges along the length of the base. The metal feet surely complement the organic shape and wood and give the table a strong character. We can be brief about the condition of this eye-catching table. Apart from a single superficial scratch in the wood, we only see some stains on the metal. All are completely consistent with use and age.

This bar is amazing. Beautiful and exactly as described. A custom crate (which was a work of art itself) was built in order to ship the piece to the U.S. The bar arrived in perfect condition without a scratch. I will say that take the crate apart was not easy and was a two-person job. But worth it in the end
